Your role:

We’re looking for a get your hands dirty Operations Assistant, who is not afraid to operate machines. You will help with the business operations, pack and grind coffee, and have an important role in making sure we keep our new and existing customers happy. You will help in our distribution center with coffee production, order picking, and packing. No specific experience is required, besides the wish to learn and work hard, and have fun with the ops team in our distribution center which is just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by public transport. 

Responsibilities:

• You will have responsibility for grinding and packing coffee, and the daily packing of our parcels

• Develop best practices and improve operations on a daily basis

• Be the team player everyone wants to work with, and have fun while doing it :)

• Readiness to help the Head of Operations with stock keeping and planning

• Learn to operate the packing machine

Requirements:

• High School education
• Basic understanding of either Dutch or English
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Experience with Operations is a plus
• Technical knowledge and experience with operating machinery is a plus
• A passion for coffee is a plus
• Living in the area of Almere, Amsterdam, Zaandam or Purmerend
• Drivers license is a plus
