Design intern 

While consumers are paying too much for low quality coffee, farmers are earning below what they need to sustain their livelihoods. That's why we are all about selling the best coffee – not just in taste, but also in fair pay for our farmers. Our beans are traceable to the farm and we send them directly through your mailbox to guarantee freshness. We are a no-nonsense, ambitious start-up with a profound mission: impacting the world with damn honest coffee.

What you will do (32hr-40hr p/wk):

As part of the Wakuli Brand team you will help us to create amazing designs that will encourage people to drink good coffee.
You will:

• Create visually appealing digital and print designs, across versatile platforms eg email campaigns and social media assets

• Develop and maintain consistent branding, while shaping together the visual identity of Wakuli.

• Work in collaboration with different team members to contribute to creative projects and learn from experienced designers, growth managers and more.

• Keep the team up to date on design trends.

Your skills:

1. Strong graphic design abilities and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and / or Sketch.

2. A top notch portfolio.

3. Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a design program or just passionately want to become a designer
   

4. Able to travel a minimum of 2 days a week to the Amsterdam- Noord office (Watergang).

5. Affinity with social media and/or photo or videography is a plus

What you need:

• To apply for this internship you need to be based in the Netherlands

• If you are not from the EU, you need to have the right permit to do an internship
